Massage and Wellness

Esperanza Del Mar

Our mission

We believe that massage therapy is not just a luxury, but an essential component of holistic wellness for everyone.

We all store stress in our muscles through repetitive movement/patterns and injury. We’re here to address the unique needs of each client.

Whether you seek relief from chronic pain, recovery from injury, or simply a moment of relaxation, we are here to help you!

Our passion for helping others extends beyond the massage table. We are committed to educating and empowering our clients to take control of their health and wellness journey, promoting long lasting benefits that extend far beyond the treatment room

Our Services

Swedish

Swedish massage is one of the most common and widely practiced massage techniques, known for its gentle yet effective approach to promoting relaxation and easing muscle tension.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular therapy (NMT), also known as trigger point therapy or myofascial release, is a specialized form of massage therapy that focuses on identifying and treating trigger points – areas of hypersensitivity in muscles, tendons, and connective tissue that can cause pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It's particularly beneficial for chronic aches and pains, as well as contracted areas such as stiff neck, upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Compression massage is a gentle, specialized technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage the natural drainage of lymph fluid from the body's tissues. Lymphatic massage can help reduce edema/swelling & boosts your immune system.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage offers a nurturing and supportive experience for expectant mothers, providing relief from the discomforts associated with pregnancy while promoting relaxation and overall well-being. Delievered by Michelle E. Stapp, a certified massage therapist who has received specialized training in prenatal care, these massages are tailored to accommodate the changing needs and concerns of each trimester.

Cupping

Cupping therapy involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction. This suction is believed to help mobilize blood flow, promote healing, and relieve muscle tension. The therapy can leave temporary marks on the skin, which usually disappear within a few days.
