Reservation Procedures

How To Prepare For Your Massage!

  1. Come Hydrated! : To better assist your body in flushing out toxins and enhance the benefits of massage.

  2. Avoid Heavy Meals: Eating immediately before the massage, can make you feel uncomfortable during the session. Light, easily digestible meals are preferable.

  3. Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine: We suggest you limit your intake of alcohol and caffeine, as these substances can interfere with the body's ability to relax.

  4. Communication: Communicate any preferences or concerns you may have with their massage therapist. This could include areas of the body they want to focus on or avoid, preferred pressure levels, or any injuries or medical conditions they have.

  5. Arrive On Time: PLEASE do not knock on the door before your scheduled appointment! We may be wrapping up another session. We encourage you to wait in the waiting room in the front of the main building or knock on the entrance at your scheduled appointment!

  6. Clothing: Arrive wearing whatever makes you feel most comfortable! Most clients prefer to undress completely for a full-body massage, however you should always undress to your level of comfort!

Cancelation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. However, as a courtesy to our therapists and other clients, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

How to Cancel:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a detailed message including your name, appointment date and time, and a contact number where we can reach you.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice due to an emergency or sudden illness, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Late Arrivals:

Please note that arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened session, as we must respect the time of our other clients. Late arrivals will still be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Payment Guidelines

At Esperanza Del Mar, we offer convenient payment options to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. We accept the following forms of payment:

  1. Credit and Debit Cards: Our secure payment processing system allows for easy and hassle-free transactions. We utilize PocketSuite (our booking site) for card payments.

  2. Venmo: For clients who prefer digital payment methods, we accept payments via Venmo. Simply search for our Venmo account @esperanza_1999 and submit your payment.

  3. Cash: We also accept cash payments for those who prefer to pay in person. Please ensure you have the exact amount, as we may not always have change available.

Payment Policies:

  • Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • Receipts: Upon request, we can provide digital receipts for all payments made.

  • Gratuities: Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not required. If you wish to leave a gratuity for your massage therapist, you may do so in cash or through Venmo.

  • Cancellation Fees: Please refer to our cancellation policy for information regarding fees for missed or cancelled appointments.
