As the heart behind Esperanza Del Mar, Michelle is deeply passionate about the art and science of massage therapy. With over 550-hours of credible massage education, she is committed to continue learning and thrives on expanding her knowledge and sharing it with her clients and community. Her approach blends skillful technique with a warm, holistic touch, creating an experience that nurtures both body and spirit.
Her specialized training include a range of techniques, but not limited to, neuromuscular therapy to address specific pain points, lymphatic drainage to reduce fluid retention, prenatal massage for expectant mothers, cupping, sports massage and nerve flossing.
Through a personalized approach tailored to each client's unique needs, she strives to create a healing and rejuvenating experience that fosters both physical and emotional wellness.
Outside of the treatment room, Michelle finds balance and inspiration in the simple joys of life—gardening, cooking, and being outside. These moments of connection with nature and creativity are woven into her grounding and restorative approach to massage therapy.

Keaton Strasser
500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher
Keaton is world famous for her love of life. Which deeply translates into her offerings.
She spent 6 months training with Ganga Puri in India completing a 500hr RYT and studied Ayurveda with a Ayurvedic doctor Gangotri Puri. Currently she is furthering her education with Tosha yoga’s studio owner Suzanne Dunning in another yoga teacher training. She studied massage therapy extensively in Colorado, learning many different modalities. She learned and studied Reiki in Sri Lanka. She’s a lifelong athlete and is dedicated to helping any of life’s imbalances so you ground back into your earth body.
When Keaton is not teaching yoga, you can find her in the ocean surfing, practicing massage, gardening, and sewing handmade goods.
Keaton is here to hold space for you and your body. She wants you to bloom into the best version of yourself. Whether that be finding more flexibility and proper function from an injury or a deeply rejuvenating class. Together you can curate a session to help your individual needs.

Kate completed her 500-hour training through Loving Hands Institute back in 2023 and has continued to follow her love for massage since, bringing a heartfelt and nurturing touch to every session.
Her personal style of massage is often described as nurturing and motherly- soft, gentle, and absolutely divine! Whether you’re seeking relaxation, stress relief, or a restorative experience, Kate’s sweet and calming presence will help you feel deeply cared for and renewed.
When she’s not practicing massage, Kate spends her time laughing and playing with her baby boy, finding joy and inspiration in the beauty of motherhood.
